Terms and Conditions for Event Organized by TAMNJ
1. General Admission
1.1. All attendees must register in advance to participate in the event.

2. Event Conduct
2.1. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, volunteers, and vendors.

2.3. Guests must follow instructions provided by TAMNJ staff and volunteers during the event.
3. Speeches, Webinars, and Presentations
3.1. The opinions, views, and content shared during speeches, webinars, or presentations are solely those of the individual presenters and do not reflect the views or policies of TAMNJ.
3.2. TAMNJ does not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy or validity of the information shared by presenters.
4. Vendors and Purchases
4.1. Vendors will be present at the event selling products and services.
4.2. All transactions between guests and vendors are independent. TAMNJ is not responsible for product quality, pricing, refunds, or disputes.
4.3. Guests are encouraged to review and understand vendor policies for returns, exchanges, and warranties before purchasing.
5. Liability
5.1. TAMNJ is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
5.2. Participation in games and activities is voluntary, and TAMNJ is not liable for any injuries incurred while participating.
6. Photography and Media
6.1. By attending the event, guests consent to photography and videography for promotional and archival purposes.
6.2. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the organizers upon arrival.
7. Food and Beverages
7.1. Food and beverages provided are complimentary or available for purchase as specified.
7.2. TAMNJ is not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary restrictions. Guests are encouraged to inquire about ingredients.
8.Children and Supervision
8.1. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
8.2. TAMNJ is not responsible for the supervision or safety of unaccompanied minors.
9.Prohibited Items
9.1. The following are strictly prohibited: alcohol, drugs, weapons, or any hazardous materials.
9.2. TAMNJ reserves the right to inspect bags or personal items for security purposes.
10.Cancellation and Refunds
10.1. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, TAMNJ will notify attendees promptly.
10.2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the terms outlined at the time of registration or ticket purchase.
11.Health and Safety
11.1. Attendees must adhere to any health guidelines, including mask mandates or vaccination requirements, as specified by TAMNJ.
11.2. Guests exhibiting symptoms of illness are encouraged to stay home for the safety of all attendees.
12.Event Changes
12.1. TAMNJ reserves the right to modify the event schedule, activities, vendors, or location due to unforeseen circumstances.

13.Agreement
